- Each floor contains an office space, and has been designed to provide a distinct experience while forming part of an overarching creative environment for all members, students and professionals alike

- 4 different office spaces (2x12 seats, 1x4 seats, 1x50 seats)

- The ground floor includes a coffee bar and an office space for 12 WS

- The first floor is a multi purpose space including a coworking area, a library, kitchen, a compact office for 4 people and a sleek corner office for 12 WS

- The sixth floor is exceptionally luminous, with large windows overlooking the sea, containing three classrooms, two quiet rooms, two meeting rooms, the Harbour.Space office, a very spacious coworking/events space, and a large office space for 50 people. Note: the coworking space can be rearranged to accommodate events up to 120 people.
